With the experience of being involved with the design and construction of well over 100 new homes in the Caldwell, Catawba, Alexander and Burke county areas, along with the cities of Lenoir, Conover, Morganton, Hickory and also the towns of Sawmills, Granite Falls and Hudson we have learned a lot about the new home construction process and use this knowledge to make your life easier. We have a streamlined process that allows a huge amount of personal touch to your new home and yet is not time consuming-we know how valuable you consider your time, and we do not want to take any more than is necessary away from you. We will guide you thru the entire process from selecting the perfect land-and which plan fits the best on the property, to the last detail in the construction process. Our selection of lots is huge-or you can choose to have us build on your own property. We also have a number of designs for new homes that can be modified any way you wish and we have a designer if you choose to have us build anything we don’t already have.
